CsvViewer 0.1.9

Before a moment I uploaded new version of CsvViewer. Here are changes for this version: enabled adding and removing column rows (vertical rows) added tree context menu fixed updating of the new commands all XUL files are fully localized added cs-CZ locales all JavaScript sources are commented now And some screenshots:

XPCOMViewer 0.9b
