XULEdit 0.4

Here is the next development version (0.4a) of XULEdit.
Please see the readme.html for full changelog and tasks list.
Here are the main changes from previously released version:

enabled scripts editing (only JavaScript for now) – this feature is not fully finished yet
standalone preview window enabled
some changes on UI:

added Preferences dialog (but it’s not fully finished yet)
removed preview [...]
